Just let yourself win 🏆

Last week on instagram I asked if you’d be into a systems tool with quick wins you could put in place today. And the answer was a resounding 100% yes.

So let’s do this thing!

I’ve been thinking about quick systems wins for awhile because when you’re thinking about systems, it’s usually because the ones you have aren’t working and you’re feeling:

  • over worked

  • overwhelmed

  • burnt out

  • and under fueled

When we’re busy and stretched thin, most of our available energy and brain space goes toward just making sure we make it through this crazy moment with our lives and relationships intact.

Getting out of the trench

A few years ago I was really struggling with my mental health and simultaneously getting really into natural household products and remedies — which had me resisting the idea of taking medication for my mental health. But my therapist at the time said something that really changed my perspective. She said, you don’t have to stay on medication forever, but you can let it get you out of the trench.
